A recipient must be available at the time of the delivery as our products are time and temperature sensitive and require refrigeration.

If your order is a box and no recipients show up, we will place it in the best nearby spot. If, however, your order is a platter we will only wait for 10-15 minutes and the platter must be picked up at our location. The deposit fee will also be taken.Please contact us in advance to reschedul if you are not home by the arranged time.
